North Somerset Breathing Space for Carers Volunteer

At St Peter’s Hospice, we know that no one understands the challenges of caring for a loved one better than someone who has lived it themselves. That’s why we’re looking for people like you, people with compassion, resilience, and the unique insight that comes from personal or professional experience.

As a Breathing Space for Carers Volunteer, you’ll make a meaningful difference to carers who are providing intensive support to someone with a life limiting illness. Many carers rarely get a moment to stop. You can give them that moment.

We'll provide training support, including online training, an in person volunteer induction and you will also be invited to attend a Breathing Space for Carers training day. These are being held on:
